Supply of goods

We send the products in stock within 24-72 hours (up to 3 working days). We pack the products appropriately and send them to the address you specified when ordering.

If the product was not in stock at the time of your order, the delivery time may be extended, we will inform you by e-mail or phone the next time.

In exceptional cases, if the goods are not delivered within the prescribed period, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.

Personal collection:

Personal collection of products is not available at the current time.

Shipping costs:

All shipping costs are already calculated by the store and are included in the order total.

In the following cases, the buyer does not have to pay shipping costs – delivery costs:

  • when ordering individual items that have a note in addition to the description: “postage included in the price” or “free delivery”,
  • free delivery is available for all products,
  • unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller,
  • in case the buyer wants to pay the shipping costs according to the proforma invoice together with the invoice for the ordered goods

Treatment of damaged shipments (compensation):

If you notice that the item or consignment is physically damaged, the contents are missing or show signs of opening, you can file a claim for compensation with Pošta Slovenije.

We highly recommend that you take a picture-photograph of the package-shipment. Then bring the shipment (packaging + contents) to the post office as soon as you notice damage or looted shipment, no later than 30 days after receipt of the shipment.
Please note at the post office that it is necessary to fill in the Record of damaged shipment, which you also sign.

After receiving all the necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to Pošta Slovenije. The request is processed by the commission at Pošta Slovenije and, on the basis of a response or approval, the purchase price is returned or a new item is ordered.
Together with Pošta Slovenije, we will make sure that the compensation is resolved in the shortest possible time.
